Building on a Lifetime of Craftsmanship

Steve Parker is a Master furniture designer, furniture and box maker whose work represents some of the finest handcrafted furniture using traditional tools, techniques and finishing practices. By drawing on his considerable knowledge and experience he has crafted elegant and timeless furniture and many styles of humidors, stationary, jewelry and keepsake boxes. Each piece is handmade and unique. Being a master craftsman, Steve established a reputation for his high quality, custom designed and hand-crafted solid wood furniture.

Steve is currently a Master’s Instructor at the world-famous Marc Adams School of Woodworking and has been a member of the Society of American Period Furniture Makers for over 25 years.

SA Parker Fine Furniture has been Honored to work with world famous Cabot Guns, arguably the finest 1911 made. The Cabot cases are all made from, high figure, museum quality hardwoods, exquisitely lined and finished with a hand rubbed oil finish. We use the Worlds finest jewel like polished stainless-steel hardware. available. Cabot Guns have taken craftsmanship to a whole other level with their all USA made 1911. SA Parker Fine Furniture was asked to build a 300-year-old reproduction Dueling case and Single Shot Bullet tray for the John Wick 4 film. The Dueling case and Trays can be seen in the feature film in the pivotal Dueling scene in the movie.

SA Parker Fine Furniture was also asked to build cases for the Firearms Engraver’s Guild of America (FEGA) The Colt Collectors Association Annual Auction Guns and for the Firearms Engraver’s Guild of America (FEGA) The Colt Collectors Association Annual Auction Guns.

Current

Steve continues to support Cabot Guns as his major customer and is working with the Cabot team on a few special projects including an anniversary project.

For the second year Steve was honored to be ask to be an instructor at the world famous Marc Adams School of Woodworking. This year’s class will consist of a full 7 day class in box making and box lining. The current shop, albeit temporary, is housed in the Historic Savage Mill in Savage Maryland. The shop is in the bottom floor of the Carding Building, The building was built in 1816. Come visit or make an appointment to discuss a custom designed piece.
